Welcome to Mallu Mechanics.UK!, your trusted partner in purchasing quality used cars across the UK. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1- WARRANTY

1. All cars sold by Mallu Mechanics.UK come with a warranty ranging from 28 days to 1 year, depending on the specific vehicle and agreement made at the time of purchase.
2. Each car includes a 3-6 month warranty for the engine and gearbox only.
3. One free service is provided during the warranty period under the following conditions:
   • If the vehicle is within 3 months or within 3000 miles, the first service is free.
   • If the vehicle crosses 3000 miles, no free service is provided.
4. These warranties are applicable only if serviced by Mallu Mechanics.UK. If serviced elsewhere, the warranty is not eligible.

SECTION 2 - DELIVERY

1. We offer nationwide delivery across the UK, with charges.
2. Customers must pay 90% of the total car price prior to delivery.
3. Customers are required to inspect the car via video call before delivery.
4. Once the car is delivered, it can only be returned under the following conditions:
   • The car has a major problem with the engine or gearbox, verified by a qualified mechanic.
5. Returns are not accepted for reasons other than the aforementioned mechanical issues.

SECTION 3 - BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

1. After a successful booking, the car will be held for a maximum of 2-3 days.
2. Cancellations after a successful booking will incur a fee of 30% of the deposit amount.

SECTION 4 - PAYMENTS

1. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of purchase.
2. Full payment is required before the vehicle is delivered.
3. In the case of a return due to major mechanical issues:
   • A refund process will be initiated once the issue is verified.
   • The refund will be credited to your account in 6-7 business days.

SECTION 5 - RETURN POLICY

1. Once the car is delivered, it can only be returned if there is a major problem with the engine or gearbox, verified by a qualified mechanic.
2. Returns are not accepted for any other reasons.

SECTION 6 - REACTION TIME

1. The reaction time for any service request for the car is 1 to 2 days.

SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. Mallu Mechanics.UK is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our vehicles.
2. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of parts covered under the warranty.

SECTION 8 - CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Mallu Mechanics.UK reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
